What they are and when consent is needed
Cookies and similar technologies store or read information on your device. Strictly necessary technical tools deliver the requested service, protect it and remember your choices; they do not require prior consent. Optional profiling or tracking tools require consent before activation where required by applicable law.
Services used
The website is built with Aruba SuperSite, which manages technical functions and the cookie preference panel. Kairox has not configured Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, newsletters or advertising tools.
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA against spam and automated submissions. The provider’s documentation identifies the technical cookie _GRECAPTCHA, used for risk analysis when the service runs. Google processes reCAPTCHA data as a processor under the Google Cloud terms and the relevant data processing agreement. The service analyses technical data and interaction signals for security purposes.
Google Maps is not embedded: the premises address contains an external link. Google Maps opens when you choose to follow that link; Google’s cookie information and the preferences provided by the external service then apply.
Managing your choices
The cookie panel offers Reject, Customise, Accept selected and Accept all. You can reject optional categories or choose which to allow. Strictly necessary tools remain active. The categories displayed in the panel are provided by the platform and do not mean that Kairox has activated all the corresponding services.
You can reopen the settings at any time using the cookie control on the website, change your preferences or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Rejecting optional categories does not disable technical security services.
Duration and deletion
Session technologies expire at the end of the session; persistent ones remain until the expiry set by the provider or until you delete them. The technical lifetime of individual cookies depends on the service and its configuration and is different from the retention period for business enquiries. You can view and delete cookies and website data in your browser settings. Deletion may also remove saved preferences; blocking necessary tools may prevent the form or other functions from working.
